Alchohol is not good for your health period. You need to do more study before you post vidoes about big things like health.
number 5 killed me. Chelsea Handler would shit if she heard that nonsense! lol.
in Chelsea’s second book, “Are You There, Vodka? It’s Me, Chelsea”, she talked about how her personal nutrisionist told her she could only have 1 cocktail a week, and she almost cried.
some people like to work out in the morning on an empty stomach, you will burn muscle doing this but since fat oxidation is increased after 6+ hours of fasting it will burn more fat
fruits have high fiber which slows down the digestion of the fructose which keeps your blood sugar levels stable. fruits are a perfect source of carbs.
Im not sure if you would know about this, but what are the advantages or disadvantages of exercising on an empty stomach and which would you recommend doing?
Well I only drink water but I still eat steaks, chicken and bread. But I don’t drink alcohol. I ride my bike 5 miles a day 5 days a week, I’ve lost 8 lbs in about 3 weeks. I know it could be better.
Hydrangea root and marshmellow root have been proven to relieve pain assoc. with kidney stones in minutes and will dissolve most stones within a few days,,, for about $25,,, research it then u decide

(this advice is for weight loosing purposes)
OMG dudes, and girls. I am a trainer.
First: Alcohol DOES NOT make u gain weight.
Second: Fruits and sugars are ur worse enemies.
Third: Callories are overrated worry about ur carb, sugar and sodium intake.
Fourth: Speed up your metabolism. (you achieve it by eating 6 times a day every 2.5 -3 hours.
Fifth: Exercise in the mornings 45 minutes on a treadmill, inclined, before breakfast. (you burn 800% more if u do it b4 breakfast)

Great as a quick 5 tip guide.not meant as a be all end all to weight loss, but great tips. Diet is so important to weight loss.

haha i use to be fat 7 years ago
i just work out in the gym in my moms job 4 times a week and eat this orange pieces i weigh 100.7 pounds at the age 15 ihm healthy
