What, when, and how much you eat are ALL important. I totally agree, meal frequency is not THE factor that makes people fat (if it were this video would’ve been only 1 tip), but it’s one (of a few) important factors.

I agree, 7 days of training is typically too much. But, just because someone isn’t progressing doesn’t necessarily mean they are overtraining. There are many other causes as to lack of progress.

I eat closer to every 2 hours, sometimes every three depending on my day. Here is my eating schedule:
8:00AM – Protein shake
10:00AM – 8 Egg whites and oatmeal
12:00PM – Protein shake (right after my workout)
1:00PM (Post workout) – Chicken breast and brown rice
3:00PM – Protein shake
6:00PM – Fish/chicken breat and brown rice
I sometimes have another protein shake before bed if I’m feeling hungry.

eat lots of fiber such a s greens, lettuce, celery stuff like that….they fill you up with less calories and that way you don’t eat as much meat and or are tempted to eat more
