Newt is one of the smartest people in the world right now. The trouble with this whole debate is we already have Government sponsored health care; it’s called the VA, and it’s a disaster. It’s also called Medicare, and it’s broke. No Govt. healthcare! Leave it alone!

I agree with Ann Coulter’s idea. Let’s implement this reform in a “Blue State” and let them be the guinea pigs for the rest of us.

No, you’re Democrat Leadership is a bunch of lying phonies who couldn’t tell the truth if their life depended on it. READ THE BILL!

If healthcare is a “right” then why isn’t food and water? We spend more each year on food and water than we do healthcare. The argument that healthcare is a “right” is ludicrous.

I agree with this as well, but people have been so brainwashed, they believe only a government healthcare system makes sense.
It’s the corrupt leading the corrupt. Destroy private health care and you can save the system.

The Republicans are not against reform, they are against a governement run system.

How do you know they simply don’t like Obama’s version of reform?

Are you watching the news?
Constituents….. They have no names.

Now this makes sense. Stop the abuses in our current system. There is no need to overhaul the entire thing and put it under government control. A simple effort to control fraud and malpractice awards will do it. Newt has it right.

Answer the question – Which Republican wants no reform? You got a name?

This is a “plan”? Give me a break. How do we get everyone covered? We cut a whole bunch of health coverage? He craps on Medicare and Medicaid and never addresses how the insurance companies have ripped us off forever. Newt is still a phony.

Both parties want reform, this disagreement is how to reform it. If you can find me one Reoublican saying “everything is fine”, I would like to know who it is.
December 3rd, 2009 at 11:39 am
Too bad his party is against any type of reform! From what we see on TV, and in the News, his party believes everything is fine.

This is actual health reform. Light years ahead of Obamacare

Everyone talks about how “smart” Obama is. Newt’s brain wipes the floor with Obama’s “smarts.”

I love this plan better.
