my healthy morning is plain yougurt with chopped apples, banana, strawberries, (sometimes only berries) a scoop of natural honey with wheat germ and I mix everything, it makes me full and doesn’t have many fat, sometimes I add some walnuts not that much but yeah…. mmm yummy

I somewhat agree due the sugar maltose; its one of the safest alcoholic beverages too.
That sour cream may have too much fat and may contain sodium so watch for that and read the nutritonal facts

I create my own breakfast, I boiled many kinds of beans 9like, white, red, green, etc) and put in separate box in the fridge. When you want to mix it up for breakfast then you just take 1 or 2 table spoon of each kind. I have banana that I can cut half each time in to my medium bowl, and also 1 tbs of oat meal. Then I pour the skimmed milk with juice and a few tbs of yogurt. It’s taste is very nice with full of vitamin and fiber. You can also cut a small pcs of carrot too,make more variety in it
Today I had 1 pound of apples diced with around a half cup of flaxseed, almond milk and cinnamon with a cup of green tea.
I had a cup of OJ, 4 mini tomatoes, 4 cheese slices, 2 eggs and 1 piece of whole wheat toast today for breakfast so i thought i would see what other ppl were having
also after I eat my breakfast I take vitamins.
