Any one with half a brain knows not to take suppliments on an empty stomach,if they are idiot enuff to do that they deserve side effects of being stupid.Zinc on an empty stomach can eventualy eat a hole in it,anything above 20 mgs of Zinc is not recommended.

What I know about side effects of fish oil is that some of them are practically not served well. Also, some fishes are not fresh. This was the biggest mistake they have done, by fishing out fishes that are fresh but when packed, comes with other artificial ingredients. So those are some of the factors that can cause side effects.
