  2. McGinleyMMAFITNESS Says:

i bought no explode 3 months ago two tubs of it , and still have it under my bed a tub and a half , never finished it waste of money , pumps good for a we while but after shit. anyone recommend a supplement for cardio currently mma fighter here ?

  3. MasterJtyme Says:

the only thing i dont like is that you loose the muscle after your done taking it your basically building water muscle wich kind of sucks maybe ill use protien but i will admit i like the quick results of no xplode and superpump 250.

  4. ianhudon Says:

Lol dude gtfo im using this since 8weeks no side effects at all works great

  5. mattyoung92 Says:

they don’t ruin your cardiovascular health they affect your nervous system and your kidneys.

but yes your point still is valid there way over hyped

  6. CwazyKeith Says:

Im very happy just using my 60% Icariin Capsules for my pr-work out booster, great pumps and none of these crazy side effects, simply because it is just a straight natural plant extract and not all these bunch of chemicals in tubs combined together to create unknown concoctions. Also I don’t have to taste it as its already in capsules haha

  7. IndianAmerican37 Says:

dont use NO Explode dude…use Jack3d by USB Labs and no you shouldnt mix it.

the Nitric Oxide supplement is a preworkout that gets you a pump and rips more muscle and keeps the blood flowing and the protein is after the workout when the blood is still flowing so you absorb all the protein.

  8. canvasguy Says:

N.O.EXPLODE is NOT a safe product i used it for a wile and i had bad side effects from it i remember one night i had a rapid heart beat the whole night i thought i was gonna die the product does serious damage to your nervous system and it over heats your heart..The product is dangerous PLEASE DON’T USE IT..

  9. JxT1957 Says:

I agree, Jack3d by USP Labs is the Best… ultra concentrated, and most powerful high energy pre workout powder.

  10. johnroesch Says:

help me out here, can you use a mix whey protein and no xplode together? when i say mix i mean like shake up in a blender bottle or whatever cause it says to stir and not shake the no xplode but i was just wondering

  11. IndianAmerican37 Says:

Guys….all these big companies that sell NO products are bogus. Sure they give you a good pump…not always….but man they have so many bad ingredients in it.

the best pre workout product is by USP Labs called Jack3d its a small container and like 30 bucks almost but gives the best pump and doesnt have all the crap that ruins your cardiovascular health.

  12. freaknick250 Says:

Of course! Just eat a solid meal (e.g a steak with rice or oats/protein plus complex carbs) around 3 hours before you workout. Then 45′-60′ beore training drink your protein shake (maybe with half of a banana) and you’ll be ok! What matters is to keep a good meal-plan.
As for this kind of pre-workout driks(n.o), the only think you will lose if you don’t use them is the stimulant- action which is caused especially from caffeine.Just drink a cup of coffee and you’ll be ok!:) All the best!

  13. ItsMikeontheMic Says:

I’m not the best at this, but I believe you’re supposed to take a gram of protein for each pound that you weigh each day. It’s a LOT of protein, and 2 scoops of 100% whey is 40 grams.

It was a friend who was talking about this to me, and I think that this is it. But again, I am not sure.

Go to some bodybuilding forums or something.

  14. Mr291229 Says:

Question, if I don’t want to take a pre-workout drink, can take a protein shake before I workout and after I workout and get the same muscle results and pumps I want, please I need a little bit of guidance on this, I’m kinda of confuse on what’s good for my body.

  15. DeCharsi Says:

alright if anyone can help me here.

how valid is the statement, that i will lose my gains when i am off this product? how much will i lose and what way can i prevent tht from happening withot being hooked on this product?

    thanks

  16. distantarray Says:

What does he need to explain when if you actually did your research on the product, even BSN creator of NO-xplode TELLS YOU on their website that you create tolerances and should cycle it 12 weeks on 4 months off.

  17. orange105 Says:

“pump kind of a thing”…who is this guy? What is his degree in? This is for “extreme” athletes only? How do you know this? How does he know you develop a tolerance? “Use for a short time”?? Why? And what is “too long”. Explain exactly what this does to your kidneys. How does it affect the nephrons? This is basically someone giving advice with zero actual scientific knowledge.

  18. GOVNAR1994 Says:

Nitric Output by Sci Mentor..BEST N.O. in the world..and it doesn’t have the same problem as N.O. Explode, you Can Not make tolerance to it..everytime is like a first time ;)

  19. johnshenton999 Says:

There is always conflicting advice about whether some products are for pre-workout, post-workout, or whether to take in small amounts throughout the day.

Most advise I’ve seen says that creatine is pre-workout, and glutimine and NO is for post-workout. Not really sure. I try to watch Jay Culter videos to see what he does.

  20. KANETREADWELL Says:

Was responding to “DuoSonic87″, but because he responded to you it shows up as a reply to you also.

  21. ItsMikeontheMic Says:

…..Why did you respond that to my comment?

    I like NO Xplode.

  22. KANETREADWELL Says:

enjoy your aids faggot, BSN NO XPLODE RULES!!!!

  23. ItsMikeontheMic Says:

Well, for me, I am not a person who takes much caffeine at all. So yeah, 100 mg is a lot for me.

And you can drink the 2 200mg coffees? That’s fantastic. I am so happy for you. I actually smiled when I read that, because I’m so happy.

Obviously we’re talking about 2 different body types and tolerance levels here. NO Xplode is enough to get me jumping all over the place, and your Tim Robins coffee is good for you.

    And again. Congratulations.

  24. DuoSonic87 Says:

Haha, 100 mg per serving is a ridiculous amount?

A large tim horton’s coffee has like 200+ mg..I can drink 2 of those pre-workout and have more of an effect than an overpriced NO product.

  25. ItsMikeontheMic Says:

It’s mos definitely NOT a placebo affect. That stuff is loaded with a ridiculous amount of caffeine.
