@mcclure1977 Of course they did. They did a complete amino analysis and everything….:) Then they inscribed ancient instructions into the hills of Peru that read “Natalie- Make a video about the nutritional benefits of Quinoa.” Crazy huh?

She is deliciously cute. I wanted a lil info on superfoods and now I’m just addicted to watching her. Where are all the women like her hiding? To many maladjusted psycho bitches out there.

this food really does work, I suffered from dry skin for ages, now since i’ve changed my diet over the last 6 months my skin is no longer dry and my husband says I look younger. I’ve cut out bread, white pasta and cheese as much as possible and I rarely get pimples now.

Here’s the bottom line. I don’t smoke, I don’t drink, but I can’t imagine living such a bland, boring diet. I love succulent well cooked seasoned meat in moderation. I love vegetables and fruits in moderation. I love dairy, sugar and chocolate in moderation. I couldn’t imagine life without these delicious foods.

stevia gives me a headache. Doesn’t raise blood sugar, but does it raise insulin reaction and contribute to cellular insensitivity?

Stevia should be just fine for diabetics in answer to that question about insulin, but you should still consult your doctor about it as I am not an expert about diabetes.
I use SweetLeaf Sweetener stevia! I highly recommend it– 0 calories, 0 carbs, and a 0 glycemic index!
Other than that, I have had V8 Fusion, which had acai berry in it, among other nutritious foods!( they also have one that includes goji berries).
Thank you for this awesome information! I took a few notes!
