Don’t fuck around with animal pak! It is an effective product and I did feel energy throughout the entire day. But at the same time this shit had me sick in the head for 3 days. i wasn’t feeling like my normal self. I also noticed a little chest pain and a cough while on it. Mood swings and some acne occurred. I did drink a ton of water. I consumed a gallon of water maybe more. I consumed one pack and I don’t even want to imagine the effects of taking 2 packs. The pills are Massive!!

  2. Wongene Says:

It should be taken after a “hard” workout, along with a dense meal plan. So, its good when your body has acids in the stomach, which occurs when you workout or eat food.

  3. Wongene Says:

    Yup!

  4. newLifeCB Says:

i just got 2 cycles of the “animal cuts”, i’ll post a video soon, but the product is pretty good.

  5. BGcriminalBG Says:

the WHEY protein is good ????

  6. ff621 Says:

@p1z7 Of course it’s bad, it’ll hurt your wallet ,Animal pack is a lil expensive to take and sit all day doing nothing. for that i suggest Flinstone or gummy bears vitamins . it’s cheaper and easier to swallow.

  7. ff621 Says:

@puttter it should be taken 1 hour before your workout and first thing in the morning on non workout days.

  8. arnold4life476 Says:

    waste of money lol

  9. TheMasochrist Says:

it’s not bad to take it. But it would be a waste to take it on days you don’t workout. If you wanna waste your money taking it on non-workout days then go ahead but it would be detrimental to your workout plan.

  10. 4g63gen1 Says:

fructose bad!!! There is growing evidence that excess fructose consumption may facilitate insulin resistance, and eventually type 2 diabetes. However, some of this effect may be from chemicals in soda which reacts with the high fructose corn syrup.

  11. UnderRatedTunes Says:

valorandarms No offence but u sound like a Lab Rat. This is one rule i learned “Protein comes outta ur ass not ur penis” Meaning Protein should be takin as Food Not Drink it’s so out of line just thinking about it “Chicken in Drink Form” =]

  12. puttter Says:

When should the pak be taken?

  13. p1z7 Says:

dude. i was just asking. i dont just sit around and take it. infact its helped me so much wid my workouts. im actually an amature body builder. But its alrite. you probably thought i just took it just like that rite.

  14. Handshakerlover Says:

WTF dude its destroys your health at all.
And why do you take it? you want to make muskles just sitting on the sofa watching TV?

  15. p1z7 Says:

Anybody know what if its bad to be taking animal pak, and not be working out?

  16. BlackLookingGlass Says:

@georgio941 – Ha.. It’s not supposed to prevent cancer. But, it sure doesn’t hurt. If you smoke 5 packs of camels a day and drink a gallon of booze your gonna fucking die anyway phphp lol.. A healthy lifestyle and a diet rich in alkaline foods should be the supplement for cancer prevention..

  17. BlackLookingGlass Says:

Anyone who thinks that Animal Pak isn’t effective is flat out WRONG.. I just had one of my best workouts in six months. And, *no, it’s not a placebo effect*. I just blew a plateau today by ten pounds.. This shit rocks. ( ..and a good diet and plenty of sleep. )

  18. ILikeExoticStuff Says:

After all that I have read and searched about Animal Pak and Animal’s other products I can not find one truly negative comment.

The only things that people say against the brand is that they are too expensive…but when it comes to my body I think a little extra cash on quality is worth it.

They also say that Animal Pak is over the top BUT I must remind people that the supplement facts on the back of the can are based on TWO packets. Animal even says that most of use should only be taking ONE.

  19. southernbornbadass Says:

obviously you dont know shit. heres your invitation to the “i talk about that which i dont know” club.

  20. jblackapple Says:

they’re supplements NOT medication…plus they pretty much all have.”Not intended to treat diagnose or cure any disease”…no one says they’re gonna cure cancer and if they do ..they just want you to buy it

  21. IamSyme12 Says:

Now there are some good ingrediƫnts for expensive urine :)

  23. PTurchan1 Says:

Has there been anybody who claimed that multi’s can prevent cancer or heart disease?

  24. georgio941 Says:

I agree with the OP who made the video. Over 90% of what is at GNC are placebos and it is a multi million dollar industry that is completely unregulated. The only substances that are proven to work are Whey Protein Isolate and Creatine Monohydride. Get these two first before wasting your hard earned cash on anything else that has virtually no health benefits. Multivitamins have scientifically been proven NOT to be able to prevent cancer or cardiovascular disease.

  25. fearandloathinginNY Says:

it’s actually a pretty solid price compared to everything else. especially for what you’re getting
