fructose bad!!! There is growing evidence that excess fructose consumption may facilitate insulin resistance, and eventually type 2 diabetes. However, some of this effect may be from chemicals in soda which reacts with the high fructose corn syrup.

@georgio941 – Ha.. It’s not supposed to prevent cancer. But, it sure doesn’t hurt. If you smoke 5 packs of camels a day and drink a gallon of booze your gonna fucking die anyway phphp lol.. A healthy lifestyle and a diet rich in alkaline foods should be the supplement for cancer prevention..

Anyone who thinks that Animal Pak isn’t effective is flat out WRONG.. I just had one of my best workouts in six months. And, *no, it’s not a placebo effect*. I just blew a plateau today by ten pounds.. This shit rocks. ( ..and a good diet and plenty of sleep. )

After all that I have read and searched about Animal Pak and Animal’s other products I can not find one truly negative comment.
The only things that people say against the brand is that they are too expensive…but when it comes to my body I think a little extra cash on quality is worth it.
They also say that Animal Pak is over the top BUT I must remind people that the supplement facts on the back of the can are based on TWO packets. Animal even says that most of use should only be taking ONE.

obviously you dont know shit. heres your invitation to the “i talk about that which i dont know” club.
December 17th, 2009 at 7:11 am
they’re supplements NOT medication…plus they pretty much all have.”Not intended to treat diagnose or cure any disease”…no one says they’re gonna cure cancer and if they do ..they just want you to buy it

Has there been anybody who claimed that multi’s can prevent cancer or heart disease?
December 17th, 2009 at 8:44 am
I agree with the OP who made the video. Over 90% of what is at GNC are placebos and it is a multi million dollar industry that is completely unregulated. The only substances that are proven to work are Whey Protein Isolate and Creatine Monohydride. Get these two first before wasting your hard earned cash on anything else that has virtually no health benefits. Multivitamins have scientifically been proven NOT to be able to prevent cancer or cardiovascular disease.

it’s actually a pretty solid price compared to everything else. especially for what you’re getting
December 17th, 2009 at 10:16 am
you can take w.e you want
December 17th, 2009 at 10:20 am
have you even taken animal pak before
December 17th, 2009 at 11:19 am
Don’t listen to marketing BS… listen to science. I’m sorry, your huge doses of vitamins are yet to prove they do anything other than stop you being deficient. The huge majority of people, even in elite sports are not deficient even with a normal healthy diet. Stop wasting your money, the TGA over here in Australia has made them change the labels over here so much because of all the BS they try to tell people.
December 17th, 2009 at 11:57 am
This dude is obviously not a serious lifter. Bro if you look at generic multivitamins, they barely have anything in them. Yes,most meet the RDA set up by Health Canada,USDS or whatever. But to actually get health benefits and you want a multi that works, get animal pak. There is nothing like it. They are the no BS company. Maybe you should research a bit on the company before being biased and hating something you don’t understand.Nobody here is telling u how to spend your money.
December 17th, 2009 at 12:31 pm
I’m skinny can I take it?
December 17th, 2009 at 12:45 pm
yea, so no animal pak for you
December 17th, 2009 at 1:05 pm
Anyone who takes AP is kidding themselves, you DO NOT need that many vitamins and minerals in one hit, let alone day after day. You’re wasting money down the toilet and potentially placing your health at risk. Do some research and you’ll find out for yourself.
