Will Marry for Health insurance!!!!

I am 45 and was born with a genetic immune disorder. I am on cobra from my divorce 2 years ago but it runs out in a year. I cany buy health insurance because of my pre exsisting condition. Cant get ssdi because I was home 24 years raising kids and didnt pay into it, Although my ex husband worked hard and we paid a hefty sum over the years. The Goverment doesnt look like it will pass health care reform now.My job doesnt offer benefits either. I am stuck in the middle. Any ideas???
