He doesn’t go into full detail here to keep it short and sweet. He goes over the benefits of isolates vs. blends/concentrates in his e-book.

True, but what would you recommend as an alternative?
November 15th, 2009 at 6:06 pm
You’re correct, but the info in this video is intentionally meant to be very simple and foundational.

this isnt completely accurate. there are many different forms of whey, and they are all different. the needs to break it down more. Whey Protein Isolate is the best and most bio-available, which means you absorb more of it. if its not an Isolate, it can contain a lot of lactose and other thigns that may inhibit you from absorbing the protein.

November 16th, 2009 at 3:36 am
Yes you can take creatine and protein the same day. I take creatine before a workout (some say to take it after, but either way, is fine) by taking creatine before a workout I get the benefits of creatine supp before during and after my workout. I supp protein in the morning and after a workout. Avoid mixing creatine with drinks high in citric acidwhich can negatively affect the PH balance in the creatine, so just drink grape juice (or water)

For creatine being the ‘most highly researched supplement’ this guy sure doesn’t have all his facts right. Creatine doesn’t actually make you stronger itself, in theory it lets your muscles recover faster essentially allowing you to lift more reps, ie: get bigger faster. There are numerous dangers associated with this like the video mentioned. Check out http://www.dangersofcreatine.com to learn about some of the pros and cons of this supplement.
