the typical american diet being a mcdonalds cheeseburger, french fries & a coke, & you don’t know who to believe. & the the typical american doesn’t have a vitamin gap…interesting, no need for a supplement there. or the typical fast processed food home cooked diet not needing a vitamin-mineral supplement, yeah, i’m really confused also, lmao

the causes of disease is either
metabolic – food u eat , exercise u do..
toxic – - the amount of toxic overload in yr system
genetic – pre cursors to disease
- dont listen to establishment disinfo there are 1000’s reason why u need supplements and health education –

geeneyes, your story says it all about the state the medical profession is in, its disgusting their lack of knowledge and the respect they get, for what they know nothing about nutrition for starters and doctors telling you going to toilet every other day is ok.. !! lol – the truth is u should be going after every meal.. ! Ive sent u a PM and offered my help i can dvise on how to sort this out, dont worry its quite simple, but u must be prepared for a few changes..

go see Dr.Steven Faber .i went to Dr.Faber office Friday the lady asked me what was going on in my body i told her my belly is fat and iam in pain i have not had a bowl move ment in a week and before that i was only going three times a week for 30 years well she told me that i have IBS Irritable bowel syndrome recommended probiotics and to take two a day one hour before you eat also oct 2 i go into the hospital

“Symptoms always have a cause”.. the problem is, you can spend your whole life searching for it.
“Total Nutrition” from the Mount Sinai School of Medicine actually defies what is being said here about deficiencies. It’s tough to know who to believe. Page 13: “the assertion that Americans have a “vitamin gap” has no basis in reality.” The references of study are all listed. I am not discounting this doctor, I am just stating that it is tough to know who to believe. I suppose logic helps..

I hear CODEX is going to be coming into effect in december of this year. Apparently a lot of the necessary vitamins are going to be illegal to buy.

good video. i mother is on a recent ‘trend’ of “OMG I NEED ALL MAH VITAMINS.” i heard someone talked her into buying a bunch of vitamins and crap, and all the stuff they said.
personally i take a 1 multivitamin capsule a day. A Kirkland signature Labeled thing. My mother on the other hand has probably 8+ bottles of vitamins and minerals, which is just ridiculous imho.
