Not every black person eat fried catfish…that is a sterotype. IF I say all white people eat spam, then that will be sterotype too.

Canned soup is too high in sodium and sodium constricts and thins the blood and that is very dangerous; it can even caused death. Any canned food is not healthy because it is processed which contains too much sodium. Try making homemade soup with veggies and meats limiting the amount of salt

As a nutrtionist I would like people to know that there are no such things as good and bad foods. All diets can have all of the 10 worst and 10 best in their diet. The principles to practice are moderation, variety, and be happy with what you eat. Just remember to try to get your servings of fruit and vegetables. If americans ate a fruit or vegetable in place of a food that they are willing to replace, the rates of obesity would decrease.

You’ absolutely right. Eating healthy is an important thing in life, but there is no use in overdoing it. Eating fastfood once in a while is not a problem at all. Thats the reason why I dont share the opinion of vegans or vegetarians.

Who is this fucking air head. Thanks for telling us the obvious. Why don’t you tell us something that most people don’t know. For starters, how about avoiding all soy products. How about avoiding all processed fats like vegetable oil, conola oil, margerine, corn oil. How about avoiding anything that says low or non fat foods that should have healthy real fat.
BTW, bacon is not unhealthy if it is from a pig that is fed naturally (not grain fed) and nitrate not used in the curing process.

Trans Fats and Calories?! Fat?! Sodium?! Sugar?!
Let’s face it, these foods aren’t that bad if you eat them once in a while. To avoid them completely is laughable.
Want to know what’s bad for you? Rocks. Don’t eat them.

Organic Out-reared Bacon is AWESOME man. We raise our own pigs and make our own Bacon – it’s soo TASTY.
Good source of Omega 3s since we feed our Pigs tonnes of Flax Seeds.

more importantly though, see you you feel, how your body feels, what your energy level is like, how your mood is affected, your sleep, state of mind, etc… taste buds are programmed by familiarity – what you grow up with and are used to. people seek the familiar & are deterred by the unfamiliar. you wont be able to tap in to your true potential on any level until you are able to break that programming & start listening to your body. you are what you eat & will notice more the older you get.

during the entire history of human beings living on this planet, we have been eating organic, natural, healthy food, until the 20th century when food corps started processing food. so many people are so used to ‘fake’ food they think eating ‘real’ food tastes bad b/c it doesnt have 20x the amount of sugar + sodium. try going 1 month w/out eating anything processed, cut out sugar and sodium except for mild amounts of sea salt and then go back to your old diet and see how it tastes
